People travel from all around the Four Corners region to have a breakfast at the Absolute.  The Absolute is proud to present homemade bread and pastries to their customers.  They incorporate local produce and meat and you absolutely have to try one of their coconut macaroons that are hand-dipped in dark chocolate.  Located in the historic Bauer Bank Building, the Absolute is a great culinary, and even historical, experience.  Stop by for a cup of coffee, or how about an espresso?
