Demonstrating a cultural continuum from the ancestral Pueblo people of the Mesa Verde region to the farmers and ranchers of today, Adobe Milling, located in the "Pinto Bean Capital of the World,"  features locally grown dry-land pinto and Anasazi beans. These traditional beans put the "culture" into our agriculture.
