Bistro Rialto restaurant located in the newly renovated historic Rialto Theatre offers delicious Italian food in Alamosa, CO. Formerly known as Pizza Den & Pasta, it has evolved into a premiere Italian restaurant serving only the freshest ingredients. Offering high quality service for a reasonable cost.

Bistro Rialto's Menu Includes: Bistro pizzas, Calzones, Pasta, Salads, Desserts, Beer and wine. The restaurant also offers a new banquet / meeting room, which can accommodate up to 85 people.

The Rialto building opened as the Rialto Theatre in 1926 but then closed due to a fire during the 1970's. the Holtcamps have lovingly restored the theatre into the now intimate Italian restaurant on Main Street in Alamosa, CO.
