The Bloomfield Cultural Complex houses the city's: Bloomfield Public Library; Fitness Center; Gymnasium; Racquetball Court; Cultural Center; Bloomfield Senior Center. 

The Bloomfield Public Library facility has a wide array of adult and children's books, and audiobooks, DVDs and magazines. Internet service and PC computers are available on a first come, first served basis upon presenting a current card or photo identification. Programming is available for pre-school and after school. The Fitness Center has a whole range of membership fees available including: individual, family, and corporate. The center offers: treadmills, elliptical machines, recumbent bicycles, and stair master type machines. Gym and Racquetball Court can be used for a nominal fee. The Cultural Center will accommodate large groups of people and may be divided with soundproof curtains into three separate rooms. Tables and chairs are available as well as a full size commercial kitchen. Please call 505-632-2840 for more information or www.bloomfieldnm.com.

The Bloomfield Senior Center currently provides healthy diabetic meals to seniors for more information on the menu call 505-632-8351 or www.bloomfieldnm.com.

The Bloomfield Cultural Complex opened on July 1, 1993.
