The Bloomfield Cultural Complex houses the city's: Bloomfield Public Library; Fitness Center; Gymnasium; Racquetball Court; Cultural Center; Bloomfield Senior Center. 

The Bloomfield Public Library facility has a wide array of adult and children's books, and audiobooks, DVDs and magazines. Internet service and PC computers are available on a first come, first served basis upon presenting a current card or photo identification. Programming is available for pre-school and after school. The Fitness Center has a whole range of membership fees available including: individual, family, and corporate. The center offers: treadmills, elliptical machines, recumbent bicycles, and stair master type machines. Gym and Racquetball Court can be used for a nominal fee.
