Chef and Owner Karen Todd instinctively creates unique and inspired menus that combine homemade flavors with exotic flair.The Dragonfly is committed to providing the highest quality ingredients, procured locally and organically whenever possible. Dragonfly serves lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. Monday nights are designated"East Indian Nights", with a special menu of East Indian choices. The in-house bakery produces bread, rolls, croissants, pastries, cookies and cakes , including custom cakes for special occasions.
Hours Open: Monday- Saturday 11:00am- 9:00pm, Sunday 9:00am- 3:00pm ,Closed Tuesday.

Jim O'Donnell wrote on January 17, 2011: There are many great places to eat in Taos but the Dragonfly may be the best. Fabulous food and baked goods, darn good coffee and a nice atmosphere. Its great to sit outside in the summer. You gotta go!
