Four Corners Monument
This is the only place in the United States where four states comes together at one point, and visitors love to place their hands and feet in all four for a photograph. In addition to commemorative plaques for each state, there are flags, vendor booths, and informative monuments describing the surveying history in each state. Vendors offer a wide variety of Native American arts, crafts, and food and often are a great source for information about local Indian Reservations.
The monument plaza is accessible to handicapped individuals.

Lynn Dyer wrote on October 04, 2011: At the rededication of the monument, geologic survey representatives stated that the marker is in fact in the proper location. A plaque from them certifies that at the monument.
Don Davidson wrote on January 29, 2011: An impressive site to view! However, a surveying error in the original siting was recently reported. The monument is apparently not exactly on the "four corners." As it would cost too much to move the monument at this time, there should be a white pole placed nearby on the "exact" spot. Let us not fail to acknowledge this historical error in future hype.
