Mancos Gallery District

Interior of the Mancos Artisans Coop Gallery

Grand Avenue in Mancos is known for its galleries and working artist studios. You will find work in a variety of mediums: glass, wood, pottery, paintings and more. You will also find internationally known artists such as Veryl Goodnight.

History of Area

A walk through the galleries is also a walk through history. The Artisans of Mancos gallery is located in the historic Bauer Bank Building which is on both the National and State Historic Registers. The historic Mancos Opera House also on the National State Historic Register is across the street. Join us for a Grand Summer Nights, the last Friday of June, July or August, for music and art.
