Ken has lived in the Cortez area on and off since 1987.
Ken's an award winning chainsaw sculptor, his works are carved from trees with their own stories local to the Cortez area.
Ken competes is chainsaw carving competitions in Colorado and has recently taken first place this year at the annual "Carving up Colorado" chainsaw carving competition in Gunnison, Colorado. In 09 Ken took 2nd place. In 08 Ken took 5th in the Semi-pro chainsaw carving competition in Reedsport, Oregon.
