Our family-owned facilities include a very large, naturally hot, artesian swimming pool kept between 98-100 degrees and a 25-person therapy pool kept between 105-107 degrees. The water comes from almost a mile below the ground and comes out at around 118 degrees. The water is amazingly clear with no odor and no added chlorine. We are located near the small town of Hooper, Colorado, nestled in the scenic desert surroundings of the San Luis Valley in southern Colorado.

We offer family fun, relaxation and rejuvenation, all with a striking view of the Great Sand Dunes National Park and the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. Other amenities include diving boards, a kid waterslide, and water toy rentals. We have a full kitchen featuring the fresh produce we grown in our on-site greenhouse. Channel 4 Colorado Getaways voted our concession stand "The Best Concession Stand in Colorado".

We are open to the public year round. Our regular hours are from March 1st-November 30th 10:00am-10:00pm. Closed Thursday for cleaning. Our winter hours are from December 1st-February 28th 1:00pm-8:00pm. Closed Thursday for cleaning.
