Since 1998, when the Silver Bean and its flock of pink flamingos landed in Cortez , the owner and staff have focused on what they do best: serving consistently great coffee, espresso, all fruit smoothies, satisfying breakfast burritos, organic bagels, and a variety of pastries. Step back into yesteryear and enjoy the simple pleasures of good coffee, good eats, friendly people and service with a smile. Drive thru, take out, dine in or dine out on the shady patio (the flamingos like the company!).
