Southeast Utah Welcome Center, Monticello, Utah
Friendly and informative staff, 24-hour restrooms, Frontier Museum, and ample parking await the visitor to Monticello, Utah. Located on Utah Highway 191, Main Street, the welcome center is readily accessible and near shops, restaurants, and motels. The gift shop stocks a variety of informative maps, brochures, books, games, puzzles, and children's articles as well as numerous free brochures devoted to accessing the many scenic attractions of the region.
The Frontier Museum is adjacent to the Welcome Center and displays glimpses of life on the Great Sage Plain at the turn of the 20th century.
Seasons Open: Year round
Hours Open: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. March through October, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. November through February.
Fees: None but donations at the center and the museum are welcome.

The Welcome Center is the recycling site for the community. Bins are found on the south end of the center parking lot. The public is welcome to use the recycle bins.
Pets are not permitted in either facility, except "assistance" dogs.
