The Mansion Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful arts & crafts style brick home built in 1909. Upon arrival you will feel as though you are stepping back in time. With original beveled, leaded glass windows, rich wood details and comfortable elegance, The Mansion is a place like no other.

Located in downtown Monte Vista, Colorado, we are in the heart of the picturesque San Luis Valley surrounded by spectacular mountain views, clear blue skies and over 300 days of sunshine annually.

Built in 1909, The Mansion Bed and Breakfast is now over 100 years old and has a very rich history. Originally built as a private home, it has also served as a boarding house and an antique store over it's lifetime.

With four unique guest rooms, we offer a vacation away from the everyday distractions of television and telephones as our focus is on rest, relaxation & rejuvination.  All of our room rates include a full, gourmet breakfast, luxury bedding, robes and slippers for use during your stay.  Wireless internet, CD player and books are also available.

The Mansion is owned and run by the Ford family who are third-generation natives to the area and who also run a small organic farm in the San Luis Valley.  Eileen Ford, the family matriarch, is the full-time manager and inn-keeper at the bed and breakfast.
