Amazing architecture, open space, parks and recreation, walkable streets, schools, work environments and more make Three Springs the place to live, work, shop and play in Durango. Whether you are relocating to Durango or creating new roots, explore Three Springs as a place to call home. Three Springs is based on traditional neighborhood and sustainable community design principles and won the Colorado Sustainable Design Award for Sustainable Community in 2010.

At Three Springs, we know the word "sustainable" means something different to everyone. To us, "sustainable" means building homes that meet and exceed Built Green® Colorado standards — like reducing the use of non-renewable sources, recycling construction waste, and enveloping buildings to make them airtight. It means preserving open space and promoting conservation measures for existing and future users of the community. Actually, Three Springs is the only neighborhood in Durango, CO that has its own comprehensive Sustainable Development Program.

History
