 'Wildwoodsounds House Concert Venue' began in 2002, because we believe in the joy and love of sharing music.  We feel that every community should have the opportunity to experience the beautiful sounds of instruments and lyrics of talented writers and performers, and to hear the voices of beautiful souls who make this world a better place with their music.

Our audiences have been supportive and appreciative of all our efforts over the years to maintain the music scene for Del Norte, Colorado the surrounding area and the San Luis Valley.  Our goal for each concert is to help make it a joyful experience, a reunion of families and friends with potluck sharing, coffee and tea while surrounded by the universal language of music. 

The reward for us here at 'Wildwoodsounds' is the pleasure of discovering amazing artists that take their time to come and share their music with us. Over the years we have hosted great music performed by local musicians as well as national and international performers.  A vast variety of music has been presented including:  Jazz, Blue Grass, Country, Folk, Blues, Americana, Classical, African, European Gypsy, Australian, Middle Eastern, Rock & Roll, Celtic, Brazilian, etc.  Every concert takes us on a musical journey through landscapes, visions, dances, grooves, styles, emotions, laughs and tears.

‘Wildwoodsounds’ is a small intimate room with great acoustics that seats (in theater seating) up to 60 people.  We host 2 to 4 concerts each month.

 ‘Wildwoodsounds’ is located on HWY160 (the main east / west highway through southern Colorado) in the small town of Del Norte, a great stop on the way to other Colorado destinations.  It’s the sunflower yellow building with two trees out front, ½ block east of the only traffic light.
